Sandbar Mexican Grill, a beach-themed Bar & Mexican Grill, opens its 3rd Metro Valley location at San Tan Village in Gilbert AZ today on the southwest corner of SanTan Parkway and Williams Field in the SanTan Village Shopping Center in Gilbert.

Evening Entertainment Group founders Les and Diane Corieri opened the original SandBar near Scottsdale and Shea in Scottsdale, 2004. It closed in 2013, but by then they had opened additional locations in Chandler (2009) and northeast Phoenix (2010).
The Gilbert location features a colorful Mexican-style motif and more than 50 jumbo screens for sports enthusiasts. SandBar will feature a dog-friendly patio which has private cabanas and games like table tennis (ping pong), shuffleboard, air hockey, and cornhole.
The lunch-dinner menu includes 10 different kinds of tacos (choose any 3 for $15), burritos ($12-$14), enchiladas ($10-$13), and burgers ($13-$16).
