Chandler AZ Real Estate Overview & Things To Do

Chandler was founded by Arizona Territory’s first veterinary surgeon, Dr. Alexander John Chandler  in 1912. As is the case with so many valley neighborhoods, Chandler began as a large privately owned ranch. By 1912, Dr. Chandler’s dream came to reality as the Chandler site office and the Chandler High School opened.  One year later Chandler’s first golf resort opened its doors, the luxury “Hotel San Marcos” Golf Club. Chandler AZ was on its way to becoming more than just another rural Arizona town, it was now a vacation destination. Today, Chandler is much more than just another Phoenix suburb, and has so much to offer all Chandler home Buyers.

Chandler AZ is a great middle class city, as a nice weekend drive around Chandler will prove.
